Open House is October 29, 2025
Admissions season is upon us, and our families are the best advertisement for the school! Bring Your Family to Trunk or Treat: All are Welcome!
Trunk or Treat will take place Thursday, October 30th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. in the lower parking lot of the High School Building (in the back) and is coordinated by the JPII Student Reach Out Leaders. If you are hosting a trunk, please arrive at 3:30 to set up. Families are invited to campus to take part – this
is a particular hit for younger siblings and another chance to wear their Halloween costumes. To view a flyer for more information CLICK HERE.

November Prayer Request
During the month of November,  the Church calls for special prayers for deceased family members, loved ones, and friends. Administrators, faculty, staff, and students at St. John Paul II School invite you to submit a list of your family members, loved ones, and friends who have gone before us in faith. Our school community will pray for the repose of their souls throughout the month.

Parent Partnership Meeting, October 29
The next Parent Partnership meeting will be held on October 29 at 8:15 AM in the ARC in the High School Division. RSVP here to let us know you are coming.

Win Free Tuition for 2026-2027!
At JPII’s Fall Fest on October 18 we learned of an exciting new raffle that will be taking place throughout the school year! Don’t miss your chance to purchase a  ticket for your chance to win FREE TUITION for one student during the 2026-2027 school year! Tickets are available until May 1 and can be purchased at any time! The drawing will be held at the 2026 JPII in Bloom Spring Gala on Friday, May 1 at Oyster Harbors. For more information, please click HERE.

Every morning in Our Lady of Fatima Chapel in the heart of the High School building, we invite you to gather with us to worship. The schedule throughout the year is as follows:

Game of the Week is Men’s Soccer on Monday
Let’s support our seniors for the last of the Senior Nights. Men’s soccer will be playing Rising Tide at 3:30 PM at Sandwich Water District fields.

The Roar Store 
The Roar Store will be open every day during XBlocks and Monday through Thursday from 2:45-3:30. Stop by the High School building and check it out!

Lunch Volunteers Needed – Preparatory Division
Do you have an hour to come to school and help with the lunch program? Volunteers are needed at the Preparatory Division to assist 11:00 to 12:00. Click HERE to sign up. It can be one hour a month or one hour a week, whatever fits your schedule! 

Gr 5 Saints Project will be Presented at Mass on November 4
A St. John Paul II School tradition, our grade 5 students will be presenting their Saint project at the all school Mass on Tuesday, November 4. Parents, guardians, friends are family are welcome to join us at 10:00 AM Mass and stay for the presentation of Saints immediately following at St. Francis Xavier Church. 

National Junior Honor Society Induction will be Nov. 5
At 8:30 AM on Wednesday, November 5 eligible students will be inducted into the National Junior Honor Society. Families are welcome to join us for the ceremony to celebrate their inductee.

 Gr. 10 and 11: Please Print and Submit a Media Waiver 
There has been a significant change to JPII’s Parent Contact and Photo Release policy. All families must print, sign, and return the 2025-2026 Contact and Photo Release Waiver, indicating their decision as to permission for the use of parent contact information or the use of student work, photographs, video, or name. 

Guidance Notes
Guidance appointments on Wednesdays throughout the semester are available on the Sign-Up Genius located HERE.

From 7:00-8:30 PM on Wednesday, November 5, there will be a Sophomore Guidance Night. This meeting is open to all Sophomore students and their parents/guardians. It will be held in the ARC at the High School.

Christian Service Opportunity on Sunday, Nov. 2
Mr. Wahle is organizing a Christian Service opportunity for current 9th and 10th grade students to volunteer at the Falmouth Fall Road Race on Sunday, November 2nd at 2:30 pm. Proceeds from the road race go toward scholarships, donations, and grants that support local youth athletics and health & wellness initiatives. Please sign up in the front office and contact Mr. Wahle for more details.
