Student Handbook and Acknowledgement Form
To view  the 2025-2026 Student and Family Handbook, please click HERE. After reviewing this year’s handbook, one parent or guardian and also a student must complete the Handbook Acknowledgement Form

Optional Health Insurance:
All of our students receive the Schooltime Coverage as part of our sports insurance.

 In addition, we offer optional 24-Hour Coverage and Extended Dental Coverage. Click HERE to read about this option.

Game of the Week is Women’s Soccer: 
If you can only make it to one event for the week, make it the Women’s soccer match against Nauset on Tuesday, September 30 at 3:30 PM.

Transportation Information
There will be no afternoon Barnstable and CCRTA buses on Friday, October 3.

The Over the Bridge Bus schedule for all early dismissal days is as follows: 

Pick up at 11:40.

Approximate drop-off times are:
Market Basket: 12:10
St. Margaret’s: 12:25
Panera Plymouth: 12:50

The Roar Store 
New hours at The Roar Store! The store will be open every day during XBlocks and Monday through Thursday from 2:45-3:30. Stop by the High School building and check it out!

Sign Up for Private Instrument Lessons

Lunch Volunteers Needed – Preparatory Division
Do you have an hour to come to school and help with the lunch program? Volunteers are needed at the Preparatory Division to assist 11:00-12:00. Click HERE to sign up. It can be one hour a month or one hour a week, whatever fits your schedule!

GR 9 – 12 INFORMATION  

Please Return Media Waiver 
There has been significant change to JPII’s Parent Contact and Photo Release policy. All families must print, sign, and return the 2025-2026 Contact and Photo Release Waiver, indicating their decision as to permission for the use of parent contact information or the use of student work, photographs, video, or name. 

Homecoming is Saturday, October 25
Please plan on attending the first homecoming JPII Men’s and Women’s soccer match-up at JPII! The two teams will mix it up for a match full of JPII spirit. Kick off is at 11:00 AM with the homecoming court presented at half-time. Food trucks and raffles will be available for purchase throughout the morning. Finish the night off at the Homecoming dance from 7-10 in the JPII gym. Click HERE for the Homecoming flyer.

Guidance Notes
Guidance appointments on Wednesdays throughout the semester are available on the Sign-Up Genius located HERE.

On Wednesday, October 1, there will be a FRESHMAN guidance night in the ARC at 7:00 PM for the class of 2029 and their parent/guardians.

On Thursday, October 2, there will be a Financial Aid Information Night featuring Jodi Conway for seniors and their parents beginning at 6:00 PM. This session will be held in the ARC.
