There are so many opportunities to volunteer. We welcome parents, guardians, grandparents, and friends of JPII to participate in the volunteer activity that fits their schedule.
If you can’t volunteer, we hope you can participate!
Participation is vital to St. John Paul II School’s life and our students’ success. Mass, Games, Performances, Parent Socials, all of it. Your presence makes a difference.

St. John Paul II School and the Diocese of Fall River are committed to the protection of all of our students. Whether you can volunteer for an hour or all day, anyone interested in volunteering at St. John Paul II School must complete a CORI (background check), review and complete online Safe Environment Training before volunteering at JPII.

Connect With JPII

A Few of Our Volunteer Opportunities:
Consejo de Asociación de Padres de JPII
El Consejo de Asociación de Padres de JPII es un nuevo comité diseñado para padres, tutores y abuelos que quieran involucrarse más en el apoyo a su escuela. Este consejo tiene como objetivo construir un sentido de comunidad entre las familias JPII mientras se centra específicamente en el apoyo a los deportes, las artes y programas extracurriculares. Al participar en el Consejo de Asociación de Padres de JPII, los padres y tutores tienen la oportunidad de conocer a otras personas que comparten su pasión por apoyar a JPII. JPII hosts several events during the year. Volunteers are needed to help prepare, set-up and work selected events. A great opportunity for those looking to help in the evenings or weekends.

JPII spirit wear and gently used uniforms are available for purchase at the school store located in the high school building. Volunteers are needed after school from 2:30-3:30 and during special events. You pick the shift that works for you!

Support JPII teachers by volunteering 1- 2 hrs help organize, set up, or donate items. Teacher appreciation breakfast takes place during Catholic Schools Week in late January.
Fotógrafo
Photograph events, athletics, and scheduled photo shoot to highlight the student experience at JPII. Your photos will be used for school marketing purposes.

Special projects come up throughout the school year that may require an hour or two of your time. These are most frequently last minute types of tasks that would crop up sporadically. We will keep your name on our call list to see if you are available.
